Life has just been crazy the last few months, I didn’t realize how long it has been since I wrote or posted pictures! This week I am gonna try to catch up a bit if I have time to sit at the computer & upload some of the thousands of pictures I have taken (you know I am not exaggerating!) For right now I’m gonna skip the pictures just to catch you up a little on whats been going on!!!!
Zander ~
He is fully day potty trained including long car rides WOOHOO. He is currently earning Thomas trains for staying dry at night for 5 nights… this was working great at first, but he seems to have lost interest!
Mommy, Daddy & Zander all went to preschool a few months back! Zander got to run around & check things out & learn about all the fun things they do at preschool. In the fall he will start going to a local preschool 2 days a week in the afternoons. Thanks to a nice tax return we are also able to send him to 2 weeks of ‘day camp’ which is July… 3 afternoons a week. He is very excited about school, lets hope it lasts! lol
Smarty pants… all I can say is this little boy is to smart for his own good! It amazes me everyday at all the cute & funny things he says & does.
Zanders favorite things to do? Play Thomas the Train & Cars, ride his tricycle (he can pedal all on his own!), mow the yard with his bubble mower & play racing games on the wii. He also loves to play with his sisters as long as they leave his toys alone 
He LOVES to tell them what to do & has nick named them ‘Miss Bay’ & ‘Miss Car’. It is cute though… when they are being naughty he is just like mommy & whips out the full first & middle name!
My babies turned 1 last month!!!!! I can’t believe how fast time has gone by & how much they have grown. Their party was fun with a total of 17 kids running around, 15 were 4 & under! In the last year I have gotten to know both of my girls, & even being so alike they still have their own personalities. That being said they also know how to mess with everyones head & act like their sister some times! They have been enjoying the freedom of being mobile… getting into stuff & causing trouble, especially for their brother. They are just so happy & content. They do SO well when we go out & about its just a joy that I try to savor every moment of. The most recent identity crisis they had was at daddy’s house… they thought they were kitties & decided to eat the kitty food
My girls like the dirt & cars, but just like mommy when she was little they LOVE their pretties! Don’t be surprised to see them fighting over shoes, dresses & hair stuff… they are already doing it at the age of 1!! Luckily I don’t mind dressing them alike or coordinating!
Baylie ~
At about 9 months (a month after her sis) she started finally standing up on her own. My lazy little Baylie started to take more then 1 or 2 steps on Friday June 20th, & on Sunday June 22nd she started WALKING. Its cute to hear her say ‘tep, tep, tep’ aka ‘step’ each time she takes a step. Though unlike Carlie, Baylie still enjoys crawling around!
Surprise, surprise my little drama queen is the one that likes to throw fits! lol. She doesn’t do it that often, but she doesn’t like to be told no & is stubborn like her mommy. She also hits her sister when she is mad… which often times lads her in her crib for nap 15-20 minutes earlier then her sister.
Carlie ~
Carlie started standing on her own at about 8 months & taking her first steps (more then 1 or 2) May 18th… & started really walking (no more of that crawling stuff) the day after her birthday party, May 25th! She too would do the cute ‘tep, tep, tep’ aka ‘step’ each time she took a step. But once she got it down no more crawling for her! She is actually getting very fast & is starting to chace her brother & learning to turn on a dime!
Carlie is a little more laid back then her sister & is crazy silly… aka the nick name Crazy Carlie! She is always doing silly things like putting diapers, bowls & strainers on her head.
Its amazing watching the twins grow… play & bond! Its just something you don’t get with a single child. They love to talk to each other, tickle each other & just make each other laugh! One of their favorites is to play peak-a-boo with each other.

) noticed that the glands behind her ears had started to swell which is a sign of roseola AND he had seen a few cases recently. Funny thing is on the way home from the ER that night at 1am that’s what I was thinking about… a virus with a fever & nothing else! Anyways it’s good to know what we are up against & it’s a matter of just managing the fever for 1-3 days and then she will have a rash most likely for a week or so. And Carlie is the only one we have to worry about getting it since it’s something that is most common between 6-24 months & rare after 4, plus I think Zander already had it.
